Best Reverse split of 2019 - BPMX

At the present time, I do not own any of this stock. However, I do have a bid in for 0.07 cent. I know that the fear of reverse split creates a panic of fear sale. According to the technical this stock should hit around $3.20 after the r/s so I will be short in this short if my bid comes in after the r/s.
