BNB/USDT target 223.8

After the momentum from the news event I expect we could see BNB/USDT to reach a target of 223.8 - this would simply be at the very least a double bottom. After seeing BTC/USDT reach push through the initial resistance (38,000) only to reject I expect it could retrace in order to find the liquidity to potentially continue its bullish rally.
