Bitcoin: "25k by end of year is rational".

Lots of influent persons on social networks are giving end of year targets around 25.000$.
Has anyone tried to picture, let's even say 20k by end of year?
There is only a few months remaining for this type of target to happen, so the charts could only look like this sort of drawing if a 20k target was to happen at the end of December.
Do you think this is rational? Do you think this is irrational?
