BEL is a low mcap altcoin thats pumped pretty intensely before. This thing has consolidated for about 2 weeks, and formed a descending triangle, and now is starting to break to the upside. We can see a huge volume spike on lower timeframe to support it. Should be a pretty good move if it follows thru and BTC doesnt dump. Anything can happen tho, break outs can fail, and they do all the time.
