$BDX Potential Breakout Or Breakdown?

BDX looks to be creating a diamond formation. Diamond formations typically are top formations, the stock hits a high, then a support low, then moves to a new higher high, then a lower low, then price range constricts. The volume spikes in the middle when volatility is high, but drops when the price range constricts until you get the breakout. Are we going to have a trend continuation or reversal?
