Bitcoin Cash Hard Fork?

Bitcoin Cash is having some major updates and will be announced during the Consensus conference. I might be entering a position and I wanna share this TA I have done with a short explanation. I have targeted around $1,250~$1,300 which is 0.5 fib retracement of the whole wave cycle. It also happens to be where 200 MA sits. It might be double bottom as well.
Here is my detail count for the correction.
