Important Levels for 06-10-2021.
We opened gap down, and immediately we saw 37480 levels but as always we saw good buying at 37510-37550 levels and every time it tried to go below 37510 we saw good buying happening. This make 37500-37550 a good support zone for the near future.
For tomorrow, if we open flat and once we cross and stay above 37915, we can take longs with 37850 as our SL for targets of 38010,38100 and 38250.
If we open gap down, 37765 will act as good support and we can take longs with 37680 as our SL for potential targets of 37900,38010 and above.
Will look to short at higher levels of 38150 and above if we see a massive gap up or if we sustain below 37500 levels, and in case of any other scenario will prefer not to short.
Option data also suggests we will once touch 38000 before we see any kind of major correction.
