BANKNIFTY has closed in a positive note. Took support from 38000 and shot till 38400.
We have been long from 35500 levels. Its time for profit booking. First of all book the longs or trail tightly. We will re-enter after a pullback. 38550 is the area will target for tomorrow if we get buying opportunity above 38400.38550-38570 will act as an resistance.
For selling we need price action below 38000 in 5 min TF. Till then no aggressive shorts.
A big gap will result in profit booking. The 1st 5 Min candle low will be important.
Will ignore buying if opens with a big gap up.
Best trade will be on flat opening.
