BANKNIFTY has closed on a positive note with 0.75% gain. The daily candle looks like hanging man. Below if it gets a follow up then a pullback of the up move will come. Above its high bullishness will continue. Last day we planned to buy above 40685 for the target of 40930. Targets was met at the end. But it opened with slight gap up. We already planned to trade on 10 o'clock range breakout. It broke above 40831 and gave 70 points gain.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 40905 then we will long for the target of 41100 and 41259.
For selling we need a 5/15 min candle close below 40693. Post breakdown we will short for the target of 40530 and 40280.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
