Hi, after bounce to 17$ we had a strong BTC dump that bring the price to 13.7$. Now its the best time to buy BAL for LONG. There might be a breakout soon with the target 27$. Bal is oversold at 4h, 1D. Situation is even better at BAL/BTC pair. Its a buy.
