B3 12 HL Forming?

B3 may be forming a 12 hour higher low. Potential hourly falling wedge, which only has 2 touch points. Waiting to see if there will be support near the 0.0100 level which is both a psychological level, and the lower support line of the wedge. Ideally, looking for price to break below and flush down quickly under 0.010, and then recover back above into the wedge. If price does so, I will take a long position.
