Reasons to be bullish:
1) Forming a clear symmetrical triangle breakout
2) Above all MA at daily TF
3) Above baseline indicator at daily TF
4) MACD green
5) RSI level > 50, currently around 62 level, expecting higher RSI in coming days
6) Price found support at 0.618 fib level during the previous dump
Price has been consolidated for more than 2 weeks, it's time to pump.
First level of resistance : USD 38
Second level of resistance : USD 46
Third level of resistance : USD 60
Forth level of resistance : USD 82
Final levels : USD 104 - 117
