Current Market Condition:
Market Structure (MS) & Order Flow (OF):
Weekly: Bearish OF, price is now in the pullback stage.
Daily: Bearish OF, price has pullback to the EQ of the leg and 2nd mitigates the daily D2S supply.
4H: Bullish OF with bearish CHoCH. Although we are in bullish OF but the way price move down after CHoCH is pretty impulsive.
Momentum:
4H: Bearish momentum is taking back the control, we can see price is now forming some short of descending nature, we might get a pullback in the near future especially when price come down to mitigates the 4H demand below. The 4H demand will be the catalyst for initiating the pullback.
Liquidity Condition:
In terms of Daily & 4H, price taken out significant BSL and reacting off the daily major supply. We might assume price has completed its job to pullback and now is heading towards the daily low, In terms of MS & OF, the daily low is weak, we might see price put in a new daily LL.
Trade Idea: Wait
Price is now pretty low in the leg, it's reasonable to catch a Long if price starts to show SOS especially after it mitigates the demand below. However, getting in Long we might not hold it for long as our intention is to play Short now, playing Long is playing the pullback.
