Could this be a 2618 setup or a bounce?

After a double top formation, the pair dropped and in pullback with level of resistance at 88.3.
At this moment it can go either way testing the 88.3 level or downwards testing the lower bolinger and 365EMA.
A good bounce if it hits the dropzone area.
