ATOM consolidation nearing completion.

ATOM has a nice long consolidation pattern that's starting to see some basing/breakout formation (possibly today) otherwise it's one to watch in the coming days.
Watch for a test up or down.
Because BTC is drinking the firehose it's hard to trade alts right now.
