It is still "sleeping" while the others are running.
Last time - a month ago - it made 100% in one day.
I think it's a decent chance to run to 1.60 tomorrow.

There is no guarantee but the risk is low...

I know it's frustrating that this stock doesn't want to rally.
Oil has at least 4 weeks to rally ( maybe 6) so sooner or later we will see the price above 1$.
I'm waiting patiently.
