I use the box to plan my trades. I always try to buy longer time frame options. this seems to be working so far. i try to only buy quality stocks such as AMD,Tesla to trade but always do a finviz search for the strongest stocks to trade.$127.18 seems to be the bottom of the box. trade accordingly. not financial advise learning purposes only.
