ALRS Short-term Bullish run to $31.00

I am bullish on ALRS [current market price 28.75] in the short term to catch some profit. looking to buy at the open provided there is no big gap up. Exit Target Price is £31.00. Analysts at BarChart also project a Target Price of 31.00. Target Price shown here via yellow dotted line. If it breaks above it, we may be looking for a nice long to 34.60+. RSI 39, MACD indicates its too early for a long buy so as i say this is a short profit grab which is hopefully a precursor to a nice long run.
