The Big institutions know this so they push prices down hard so they can grab the liquidity. Once they grabbed all the stop orders they quickly got out of that level. The weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly charts all look bullish so I think the largest institutions who trade long term are involved. Prices are going to spike much higher on the long term charts.
