AGTC Break Out Possibility - How to Play

AGTC is a cool MRNA therapy biotech for color blind and seriously sight impaired
It's trending down but keeps having small break outs. I'm hoping to catch a bigger one, but playing small as shown.

If the waves follow then I'll go in, if not, it was worth watching.

Before I add during Wave 3, I'll watch for a 50/200 Bull Crossover for confirmation, otherwise it could be an WXY correction/sideways move instead of wave 3

Still moving in the right direction, but moves down are longer than ups.
Slow stairstep up doesn't much allow for entry with a good Risk/Reward setup.

Price Movement has been too weak to consider it a breakout.
I'd like to see 5.40 to show a break above 2 prior down days before going in at this point.

The downtrend black link has been solid support and was resistance going back to June 26. There seems to be no catalyst to drive prices higher on this stock for now.
