Cardano will launch their smart contracts platform towards the end of February.
They are currently in test net phase and things are going well. Many partners have joined to develop on the test net before the upgrade to production.

Tp1: $0.65 to $0.7
Tp2: $0.85
TP3: $1 to $3 Depending on how far ADABTC can go.
