Orange line (OL) to be used with up trends and Red line (RL) to be used with down trends.
When price and the OL increase together buy calls, reentry or additional buys made after price bounces off of RL. When price and the RL decrease together buy puts, reentry or additional buys made after price bounces off of OL.
Another opportunity to buy more or reenter is after OL/RL is flat and price follows OL/RL again.
Simplistic yet effective when combined with proper risk management.
