When does a daily candle form? Thought it was 00:00 NY time, mine forms from 17:00 NY time.

Amazing Indicator TFO, I find a small bug, probably easy to fix, but if you put the wick the same width than the body border, seems like it stay super bold and looks weird. Hope you fix the wick width bug because I really like this indicator.

@David_P911, thanks for bringing this to my attention! The reason it does this is because I'm giving a 1 bar buffer to the start and end of the box that makes up the wick. Without this, the wick is thinner, but it looks rather odd as you get what looks like an extra wick poking through the top and bottom of the box. If this behavior gets fixed in the future I'd be happy to make an update to the indicator!

Nice indicator, TFO, but shouldn't the daily candle start time be 00:00 hours to be in line with ICT's teaching on the subject? Would be great if you could add the option to use Midnight open price.
