Just a suggestion to make this indicator dynamic and more useful (currently, you need to change out3/out4 whenever the values change)
- Sign up to Quandl (quandl.com)
- Create a feed.
- Create a CSV with your 2 values and publish it to Quandl periodically (every day or every 4 hours whenever your out3/out4 change)
- Modify the indicator to read these 2 values from the QUANDL feed directly.
Now anyone using this indicator will have these values dynamically updated as soon as you upload new values :)
