HS not confirmed. These patterns can turn around hard and fast. But the position of the 50dma and a little strong volume in the left shoulder make is look valid to me

I am technical chart learn. Can I ask a question. The volume spike of the supposed head is not on the crest but on the trough. Does that affect the validity of this formation?
