Of course it is bullish, it is a bargain for that price, it is being held back by someone who is VERY rich to be able to accumulate more coins.

@mrdesson, similar things are happening with verge and digibyte. Someone or some group very badly wants to monopolize the cons. Which makes me want to hold on to them very long term. At some point the sell walks will fall. But it could take several weeks. Which is dirty IMHO. But that's the way it is
