here's the cypher advanced formation. it completes at 0.786XC line that is blue on the chart. red line is the stop level and green lines are the target levels.

When it doesn't complete the move, but gets to the targets like this, what do you do in such a case? Is is an invalid pattern ?

, if the CD-leg was completed 90% then the pattern is considered completed as well and shouldn't be entered at retest.
