Kucoin will likely go Parabolic
Not a big fan of W.D. Gann, but when it comes to looking at angles is a good tool to see if something is on it's way of going parabolic.
I believe Kucoin will repeat it's 2017 cycle, and will moon.
It always follows BNB with a lag, and if the bull run continues in Bitcoin and in the SP&500, this will help for the cycle to repeat.
Once the bull run becomes more and more obvious to those who have no idea about crypto, they will surely open new accounts and start trading.
It is very likely we are just half way on this cycle, the frenziness right now is not so obvious YET, there is a bit of euphoria here and there, but we have yet to reach the frenziness level.
It's incredible to see how similar is the 2017 with this one, is almost as if seeing a movie twice.
W.D. Gann believed that a bull trend is above the 45% degree line (1x1), and can also serve as a resistance level.
The scale can make the 45 degree angle look steeper, but that is the correct slope.
Is very tricky when drawing the Gann Angle lines, because you have to scale it correctly and lock it.
Anyways, we can expect KCS to penetrate all those angles, currently the slope of this swing is at 20 degrees approx.
Volume in the 1hr chart looks very strong, and on the daily too. (it's not shown here)
In the 4hr chart we saw a pullback to the EMA20 (purple), and encountered bulls who bought relentlessly, check that circled hammer candle (in black).
If everything goes well with the SP&500 and Bitcoin then we can expect the trend to continue it's way to higher prices.
Also there is a broadening triangular range that is being developed, this suggests expected volatility to the upside to continue.
W.D. Gann went as far as to say that the position of the planets influenced the markets, but who knows what lies behind all those mysterious beliefs.
For the sake of this analysis, the angles and slopes are what matter the most.
Honestly patterns are what you make of them, the most important thing is to try understand what is behind those patterns.
