ICPBTC is already moving; Coming out of a fake breakdown (when support is broken down just to see prices move quickly back up/stop-loss hunt), we have really good volume.
We don't buy here... Not even here with low prices. We always buy BEFORE the breakout but not everybody uses the same method to trade.
