Chart a bit messy because a lot going on, but basic premise is going long now based on 4x fib cluster level, Then looking to short at 12062, possibly holding the 2nd target till much lower
Short term bullish, medium term bearish...
Be careful tonight!, FOMC could shake things up a little...

first target basically hit, 1.6:1 R:R, trailing second stop to BE looking to short Cypher at 12062 and let second portion ride south... when near entry of Cypher I will start trailing stops more aggressively
