Yes, I'd wait for a retracement and enter on the break. Entry depends on your strategy, timeframes, targets, risk management, etc. But would be something like this

I was going to wait and see if it fill the gap or jump higher tomorrow, if it break up further would you still take it as a valid trade or you would still wait for a pull back

I'd wait for something like this, though I'd prefer it came down more to the 38% or 50% then break the high. Volume shows that it is decreasing. It could Spike down with high volume then move up.

Wait for a retracement if you are goint to enter. Big divergence, I think it will still go down. As in the arrows
