@TayFx, hey man! I am bearish on the Pound becasue on the COT report the Commercials Net position are starting to long the Pound. the pound is weaking becuase of the commercials buying back the currency and we can expect the move to be more apparent when the Non-Commercials liquidate their positions by selling their positions to the Commecials. as it stands the commercials are 35k orders long in the pound while the Non-Commercials are -22K orders short the pound. i suspect the pound to go up a bit more until the dollar can find footing. As it stands the COT is reporting the Non-Commercials are 14,800 orders long while the Commercials are -16000 orders short. I Suspect the dollar will gain strength as long as the commercials keep selling the dollar providing more supply and liquidity in the maket;however, what i do find interesting is that the commercials have increased their selling by 7% but the Non-Commercials (the people supposed to be buying from the Commercials) have also increased thier negative stance on the 30 year bond as their net position went from (92k) to (94K). we shall see Such an interesting thing the COT.
