Here is the formula for calculating DXY:

DXY = 50.14348112 × EUR/USD^(-0.576) × USD/JPY^(0.136) × GBP/USD^(-0.119)

Thank you FxCanli. I made a quick search but couldn't find an answer, could you please inform us about how Dxy calculated before EUR? I wonder how Deutch Mark, French Franc, Italian Lira etc. were involved in this calculation?
