My action: Holding (as usual). Not buying anymore. Long term Bullish, currently Neutral, as in no action except monitoring.
What I believe: August is the lull prior Sept - banksters and Congress on vacation - BTC has a lot of room to roam, with making any committed move. We are in a tactical pause in action.
